At Giftik, every product is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Once you place an order, we produce your items individually with utmost care.
While some of our products are crafted in our facilities, we also collaborate with suppliers worldwide to offer a diverse range of merchandise. We adhere to stringent quality control standards and work only with vendors who meet our requirements. This may affect the delivery times outlined below.

Estimated Time of Arrival
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on your location. Although we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, any delays are beyond our control.

Note:
- Canvas and Bumper Plate Keychain/Ornament products are only available in the US.
- Canvas, Poster, and Metal Sign packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
- Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow your package.
- Personalized orders or those requiring modifications may take extra time for design adjustments. Design time varies based on the complexity of the request.
Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for real-time tracking. Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, the carrier may not have processed your parcel yet. Tracking events will appear once the parcel is scanned.
If your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout:
- If we detect incorrect or missing information, we may contact you for updates, causing delays.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. Returned orders will be disposed of by our shipping partners. Check your shipping address before contacting customer support.
- For orders returned due to incorrect address, a re-shipping fee is required to resend your order.
- If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
